Nicole Cutri Bendigo yoga teacher

Nicole is the owner of bendyYOGA, and has been teaching yoga for over 20 years. She has studied Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Kids’ Yoga, Pre & Postnatal Yoga, and completed Advanced Yoga Teacher Training. She is a qualified RTYA500 Yoga Teacher with Level 2 accreditation. Nicole is also certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, and is a lover of intuitive movement that helps the student find ease and freedom in the body. She looooves to teach and is all about creating a connected yoga community within bendyYOGA.

Chelsea holds an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching and has been passionately involved in the practice for over two decades.  Her classes explore the themes of yogic philosophy & their relevance to our daily lives. Chelsea takes great pleasure in sharing these powerful teachings, and each class is designed around an intentional theme exploring a different aspect of the practice. Classes are heartfelt, mindful, fun and accessible to all levels of ability. 

Katie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 30 years experience in both Public and Private Hospitals, working with acute and chronic health conditions, musculoskeletal injuries, chronic diseases lifestyle management and oncology rehabilitation. Katie has also worked concurrently in the health and fitness industry, where she is qualified and teaches Les Mills Body Pump, Body Balance, Schwinn Cycle, Yoga, Clinical Reformer Pilates and Clinical Mat Pilates! Katie’s yoga practice and teaching comes from a beautiful place of intuitively nourishing your body, playfully pushing your limits, all in the name of being strong, healthy, mindful and grateful.

Nerissa Moro Bendigo yoga teacher bendyYOGA

Nerissa has worked in the natural therapy field and has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 15 years, focusing on gentle somatic movement and mindfulness techniques to support the nervous system. Nerissa’s classes are grounded in the principles of reconnection and rejuvenation, with an emphasis on attuning the body in real time to guide movement. Each session is thoughtfully taught to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for participants. Nerissa holds a RYTA350 Diploma in Yoga Teaching and Restorative Yoga Therapy.
