Warm Mellow with Sound Bowls Sunday 4pm

Whether you view this class as the perfect end to the weekend, or the perfect start to a new week, this class is perfect for you! Combining slow movements with longer restorative holds to reset the nervous system, the class is finished off with a nurturing crystal sound bowl session designed to vibrate into the very core of your being. The room will be warmed to a comfortable temperate to allow you to deeply settle into each posture and restore fully to take on your week ahead.

Yoga for Sport Recovery Monday 6pm

This yoga class is the perfect blend of strength conditioning and deep stretching to help aid recovery from different sporting activities. The class aims to help assist with joint mobility and strengthening of key muscle groups to assist in avoiding injury. The class will also work to help you find your balance and hence enter a state of flow with greater ease. The room will be heated to allow us to access the muscles deeper. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Yin-Yang flow Tuesday 6pm & saturday 9:30am

Classes are a beautiful blend of flow (Yang) and longer holds (Yin). These classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.

Yoga Flow Thursday 6pm

This class will nourish your body and playfully push your limits, all in the name of being strong, healthy, mindful & grateful.
There will be moments of soft (yin), building to strong poses (yang), whilst working your core & balance.
This practice will have you feeling strong & energised, whilst finishing with a calm heart & a feeling of peace.

Warm yoga fusion Friday 6am & FRIDAY 9:30AM

This class will be a blend of warming sun salutations to build the heat in the body, and mat Pilates, to build the burn in the body. Prepare to sweat, pulse and shake, getting you off to a fiery start to your day.

Embodied Yoga - first Saturday of the month - 9:30am

This yoga class uses mindful, repetitive movement and body awareness practices to promote relaxation. Classes are designed to help participants recognise and release stress and tension and may support faster recovery after stressful events by utilising the body’s ability to self-regulate. The classes emphasise internal experiences and sensations over external form, encouraging mindfulness in each movement and breath. Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Slow Flow Tuesday 9:30am

A slower paced mindful practice to regulate your nervous system and cultivate ease.
Classes will include yoga postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Expect to build strength and resilience and a deeper connection to Self.
Each class is designed around an intentional theme exploring a different aspect of the practice. Mindful, therapeutic and fun, these classes are suitable for all levels and abilities.

Hot mat Pilates Wednesday 4pm

A sweaty, 45 minute class to enhance calorie burning, improve muscular strength and flexibility, detoxify the body through sweating, and deliver a deeper mind-body connection. Be prepared to sweat, pulse and shake. The room will be heated to around 28 degrees.
